This dish is Chicken Pockets for all those who are on ketogenic diet. 

Recipe: Filling- take a pan,add garlic, onion,paneer, oregano,tomato puree, tabasco,salt mix well.

Take a pan and stir fry the broccoli with garlic and some oil till it cooks and add salt.

Pocket-Take chicken Breast, slice it to half not completely but like a book where you can fill in the filling. Place the filling in between the two slices, seal with a toothpick, grill on a pan with butter and garlic on both side. 

Sauce- Take butter , soy sauce and some corn starch and mix well and the sauce is ready.


Punjabi bharwan baingan




This Punjabi bharwan baingan is a family recipe. Here the Baingan is stuffed with a spice powder mix and not any veggies. Its the spice blend which gives the dish its taste and flavor. Simple but flavorful.


1/2 Kg large eggplants

1 onion finely chopped

2-3 tomatoes finely chopped

1.5 tbsp. ginger garlic green chillies minced or crushed

1 tsp. cumin seeds

1 tsp. chilly powder

1 tsp. garam masala

1 tsp. coriander powder

1/2 tsp. turmeric powder

1 tsp. kashmiri chilli powder optional

2 tsp. mustard oil or any other oil that you have

salt to taste

coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

Make gashes on brinjal. Add some garlic cloves. Roast the brinjal on fire till they are charred on the outside and well cooked on the inside.  


Let them cool and then peel off the burnt skin. Finely chop or mash the pulp with the garlic and keep aside.

Now take mustard oil in a pan. Put in cumin seeds and allow them to sputter. 

Add onions and ginger-garlic-chilly chopped. Cook for a few minutes till onions are transparent and slightly golden. 

Now add the tomatoes and cook some more till they have released their water. 

Add in the brinjal pulp and all the masalas including salt. Mix well. 

Cover and cook for about 5 minutes till everything seems well integrated. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Your baingan ka bharta is ready.


PIZZA DOUGH



INGREDIENTS

FOR #PIZZA DOUGH:

½ cup warm water

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp dry yeast

2 cups maida / plain flour / all-purpose flour

salt to taste

3 tbsp olive oil

water as required, to knead

FOR TOPPINGS:

3 tbsp pizza sauce

5 mushrooms, thinly sliced

3 tbsp onion, roughly chopped

¼ cup capsicum, roughly chopped

9 pickled jalapeños, based on spice level

¼ cup black olives, chopped

½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

½ tsp oregano / italian seasonings / mixed herbs

INSTRUCTIONS

firstly, in a large mixing bowl take warm water, sugar and dry yeast and give a quick mix.

allow it to rest for 5 minutes.

now add maida, salt and olive oil.

knead the dough adding water as required.

tuck the dough and form to a ball. place in a large mixing bowl.

cover rest and rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.

punch the dough with fist to release down the air.

VEG PIZZA BAKING RECIPE:

place the dough on dusted pizza plate or tray.

flatten the dough by stretching with both hands.

further, leaving a cm or more and create a dent.

then prick with centre of dough with the help of fork.

furthermore, spread pizza sauce generously leaving the sides slightly.

also top with topping of choice.

then spread grated cheese and sprinkle italian seasonings.

further, bake at 500 degrees fahrenheit for about 12 - 15 minutes.

finally, slice and serve pizza hot.
